Deal Alert: Sunstar Realty Development files for IPO

Mumbai-based realty development company Sunstar Realty Development has filed an IPO of 53.10 lakhs equity share of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 20 aggregating to Rs 10.62 crores.The issue will constitute 26.64% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Guiness Corporate Advisors is the lead manager to the issue. The company will be traded on BSE-SME exchange.
