Deal Alert: HPC Biosciences files for IPO

New Delhi-based HPC Biosciences has filed the DRHP to issue 45,00,000 equity shares at Rs. 35 per share aggregating to Rs. 15.75 crore, forming 28.30% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Guiness Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd is the lead manager to the issue.
