Deal Alert: Silver Lake leads Rs. 250-Cr round for commodities trading software firm Eka Soft

Silver Lake via its growth capital fund, Silver Lake Kraftwerk, is leading a INR 250 crore funding round for a significant minority stake in Eka Software Solutions, a Bangalore-based provider of software for commodity trading. This round values Eka Software at an estimated INR 700 crore. The company has previously raised about $16 million (INR 95 crores) from Nexus Venture Partners along
