Deal Alert: Networkplay acquires advertising platform yoCAPTCHA

Ad network player Networkplay has acquired yoCAPTCHA, an ad platform by Innovese Technologies. Following the deal, Innovese co-founders Dhruv Sogani will head Business Development at Networkplay and Ankit Gupta will join as Head of Technology.
